Hello, Thanks for the one that has been resolved. I still await a solution on the second request ASAP as I could not really do anything on my website with this bug.

My coder checked carefully and he concluded that it perhaps because of your hosting. He deactivated all plugins and used the default theme, the problem still occurred.
Just check again your hosting server then let me know
