revolution slider doesn't work

The theme revolution slider is used to build the theme but the plugin doesn't load at all. i cant launch the plugin to add slide or modify the slides.
I tired to contact the plugin developers and they asked for member license which didn't came with the theme. so in another way, the theme is sold with unauthorized plugins.
And even the support team of theme doesn't reply to tickets or skype account they shared earlier.
I am thinking of requesting a refund for this fraud.
This is the last try for reaching support to solve the problem. its been more than 3 weeks i'm struggling to debug this broken sold theme.
ive been fooled with the high review, and getting zero support now!
