    Kutetheme Upgrade Help Required

    I am currently running kutetheme v1.8.2 against kutetheme-child.

    With the latest update files I cannot see any update for the kutetheme theme files - only kuteshop.

    When I try to update the js_composer plugin it corrupts the front end (but the old version is no longer compatible with the PHP version.

    Is there an update to kutetheme that I am missing?

    Apologies for the delay in replying but I am not getting email notifications of updates so was not aware of any response.

    I have recreated both the user login and ftp and tested both and all are working now.

    Same login details as above.

    I can't see any blocks for your IP on the site or server - but I have added it as a trusted IP address on the server so hopefully this will make a difference.

    You're still trying to access ftl.devridgetek.co.uk instead of https://ftl.devridge.co.uk (please see update on 11th January)

    I got the feedback from my coder. You are using the lower version of this theme (1.x)
    We have not had any updated version since we developed the new version (3.x) for the theme. And now the new version using the Elementor template.
    So, if you want to upgrade your theme to the new one, please backup all the content, the database then we will help you to upgrade.
