Update theme

Any documentation how to update the theme without losing all edits we made previously ?
I see new update was coming out with mobile version and more stuffs but how we can get that without losing all the work we dit

Hi, @onionbit

If you have any customization or changes in the Main theme, you should take the backup first. There will have no way if you don't backup.
So please make sure that you do it, then delete the old version of the theme and upload the new one. Lastly, you can add back the backup files

Should i do a backup of the full wordpress site or should i go to : OVIC PANEL = THEME OPTIONS = Export and Download Backup and after i upload new theme COPY/PASTE STRING there ?

Firstly, I would like to say sorry and thank you so much for your patience. I was not well in the past few days so I could not go online.
To take the backup, just backup the Main theme if you have any customization or changes.
The things you said above is just to take backup the Theme Options. While there are no changes in Theme Options after updating the theme. So you don't need to do this
