[Biolife - Organic theme] Issue with vertical menu

I've chosen Home_06 as the home page and from Ovic Panel > Theme Options > Header > Header > Header layout > Header style 02. After saving, updating, clearing caches..etc.. The Vertical menu is displayed twice, one on top of the other, one is shorter than the other. One corresponds to the one from the header and second is from the Home_06 page. I tried to delete form the Home_06 page BUT the alignment of the elements bellow the menu is off (see image). Please help.
