Its' been two weeks im seeking support! really helpless

I was fooled by the good reviews of this theme! Support team either doesn't reply or when they reply no progress for solving the problems. i had to hire a freelancer to solve some problems and i still have many other problems.
They shared a skype account and nobody responds there anymore!

i give a 0 star rate to the theme since so many bugs and conflicts came with it.
