Dokan doesn't work/load

Hello,
it's been few days while your coder trying to fix some issues and i noticed dokan plugin doesn't load in my dashboard anymore, so i wrote for the developers of plugin and they said since its a theme conflict they cant help me.
can you please solve it ? i need to approve vendors and make modifications
