    Issues after installation

    I just purchased Oculus theme. I am setting up a multivendor marketplace using WC Marketplace. I am having the following issues

    1. I want the theme to look like your HOMEPAGE 18 demo - https://ocolus.kutethemes.net/home-18/ . I am unable to do that
    2. The site loads very slow. I bought only because you claim it to be very fast. I have other sites on the same host and they are quiet fast.
    3. After installing, you can see edits.sg , its all messed up. Can you tell me where is the problem?

    I would like to reset your entire site, then will help you to re-install the theme from scratch. Is it good?
    Do you need to take backup anything? Please let me know your intention.

    It is quite weird. I used to install successfully the theme for your site.
    Now when I check, it is having some errors. I have to reset it again so that I will do it from scratch. After I reset, I cannot access your site anymore: https://prnt.sc/w7n41g Could you please check it again?

    I am not sure what you did but the i m even unabl to login in my admin area and getting error.
    Can you tel me what you did?

    As I told you above, I just reset your site then I would like to install the theme again. But after resetting, I had to log into your site again but it did not work.
    Do you have cPanel account? Maybe my coder can help you. Or you can contact the hosting manager to get back the account, I guess

    Ok. I will reinstall everything frm scractch and install your theme again. I just want my theme to look like your HOMEPAGE 18 design and load the site faster.
