    Can you help with Mailchimp?

    Hi!
    I have registered a Mailchimp account. Confirmed domain ownership. I created a welcome form on their website and tested it.
    Created an API key, but the plugin refuses to accept it.
    "Unauthorized. API Key Invalid. Your API key may be invalid, or you've attempted to access the wrong datacenter."
    I created another API key, but the same result.

    Perhaps you need to check the Mailchimp integration script with your Ocolus Wordpress theme?

    Or do you know another reason why the API key is not connecting to my site plugin?

    My coder has checked again. It does not relate to the theme. It is becáue of the process you register and add the API key. It might have a problem.
    You should submit the ticket to support Mailchimp. We do not manage this plugin.
