Grouped product adding to cart won't show the number

Hi, when my customer trying to add the grouped product to cart, it won't updated the number on the shopping cart icon. You have to refresh the page or click in to the shopping cart page to see the product. Do you know how to fix that? Thank you.

Now, I have to disable the 'Ajax Add To Cart' on the Ovic Panel to fix it.
