Problem with multilanguage

I'm starting to complete the site also in the English part. The first thing I did I duplicated the home page and I set the language in English, but in the front end the home page in English is all out of phase with the home page in Italian.

My coder checked your site yesterday. But he was still confused. Your requirement is quite general.
Please take the screenshots or video. He would like to understand correctly the difference between 2 homepages then will give you the correct answer
