Hello. I am trying to update WP Bakery but it will not let me do so individually. They told me to contact you guys for a solution. Thanks!

Please provide me your username also. If not, I cannot access your site.
I will guide you on how to update this plugin:
- Deactivate the plugin
- Delete plugin
- Go to Plugins > Re-install this plugin as the requirement then you will get the latest version of this.
