[TechOne theme: plugin problem] - PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)

Good Afternoon Support,
I have a problem installing THREE required plugins for the TechOne theme: the message been displayed is "PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature"

How can I solve the issue??

the issue has been solved: was a problem on the hosting side.

Changed the host the problem solved
