Hi, @crazybabydev

- Change header: You can select another header style in Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/vx6jw5

- Change and edit the Footer: You are using Footer builder 09. You still do not config for the plugin WPBakery page builder: https://prnt.sc/vx6k8k I did it for you and now you can edit your Footer: https://prnt.sc/vx6khh

Uhh.. that's why i asked question clearly... i don't want to change predefined header...
i would like to change the header like footer builder... can you please try to understand my qustion..

The theme does not have the option to edit the Header as the Footer builder.
The body and footer parts are built on-page. The header will be fixed on the theme. You just can change some information. In case you still want to edit the header as your idea, it will belong to the customize job and you should do it in the Child theme
