Hi,
Form GDPR Mandatory Acceptance field would be required for newspaper subscription.
You also need a newsletter in Footer to subscribe. I need to be able to enter custom text and a link.
2. Elementor Y newsletter - here too there should be such a mandatory field.
At 00. jpg I tried to put the field generated by the contact form in the description, but it is not suitable because the subscription can be sent without it.

My coder already checked your site. He said that you did the wrong when adding the check box as you said above. You should do it in Form. Because the theme is using the default Form so you have to use the Child theme, customize file: "shortcode / ovic_newsletter / layout / style-14.php" => add the Checkbox into the place you want following this line: and before this line: $html = ob_get_clean();

In case you don't know how to do, please provide us your FTP account, my coder will do it for you
