installation issue - demo import

Hi,
I am having an issues with uploading demo import? I did like in the tutorial but no luck?
Also I installed your theme on a live site http://www.guilt-free.hr and now I cant create new ticket cause it says that the purchase code is used.
It is not clear how can I reply in a previous ticket?
