info needed for 3rd party plugin for theme Biolife version 1.1.4

Hello, I need some help please.
I am trying to change the products that appear on the homepage as featured and best selling and also the content for the footer but I could not find any relevant sections on the backend. After reading the documentation of Biolife I understood that I needed the plugin WPBakery for these operations. Although this plugin is not allowing me to edit my homepage or any other page unless I update it and for the update they require to buy a subscription. I thought that the use of WP Bakery plugin was indeed part of the BioLife purchase or at least for some time until we complete the development of our eshop?
