Header + logo adjustment fail

Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently bought the Kutetheme Boutique theme trough Themeforest.net.
After downloading the theme and creating the Boutique child theme, I have really no idea how to adjust the boutique logo into my own logo. Also, when I want to customize the website, normally in the sidebar menu on the left, you have the option to edit the header. I can’t find where to adjust the header. I tried to find the option front end as well as back end...
Normally the themes should be ‘easy’ to adjust, especially the header. For instance, I wouldn’t buy a theme for my website and promote with your logo, that would be a waste of the money.
