I've asked how can I modify the header and didn't got answers. I have all kinds of other issues working with your template. I've removed it from my website already and I am starting to build it from scratch.

Don't worry. Just provide me your admin + FTP account and let me know the homepage you want, I will help you to re-install the theme properly.
