Tired, waisted time, money...

So the situation, lose time/money,
me and my designer are exhausted to find a way to refix the website or make a new header with elementor that looks the same, we still looking for the style.css or header file page to modify the header code.
So this inconvenient stop us to work, make me in a position to spend other money to find a person to make the header off and remake with elementor, with my personalisation, I ask to you last time:
can you send me the file builder of the header? please
or
Can you give me money back ? please

I'm sorry but I paid it doesn’t make a sense, I have designer to pay, can't works with this theme, incredible, it was write editable with ELEMENTOR.
