Can't install demo data

Good afternoon! I installed the theme, but I still can't install the demo data of the theme. Everything was done according to the documentation. Tell me what could be the problem?

And one more question. How i can active multilanguage in site? The qTranslate-X plugin throws an error. Which plugin is compatible with this theme?

- If your site is multi-languages, you can use the plugin WPML. This is the paid plugin, it is able to translate automatically the texts on your site. The theme supports well for this plugin

- Change the icon of "user link": There are 2 ways you can do:
No.1: Use Child theme, custom file templates-part / account-menu.php > Edit again HTML into the icon you want to change: https://prnt.sc/vmoofu

No.2: Use the css and add in the custom css of Theme Options. Remember to back up the code if you update the theme in the furture
.block-userlink > a .icon::before{
font-family: 'Pe-icon-7-stroke';
content: "\e666";
}
change the value of the lines: "font-family" and "content" into the icon you want to change
