Wp Bakery not responding

Hi there
I started having problems with WP Bakery when I use it from the Frontend a blank page appears (screenshot attached). I have Re-installed Word Press from scratch ,reinstalled the Theme, Dokan, Woocomerce and Loco Translate. I give you accessso you can check that out.
Also I need guidance on how to resize the logo from the Ovic Dashboard. I've uploaded in different sizes but always get same size on the header.
