Trying to figure out how to translate some strings with child theme

Hi, I would like to translate some static strings that are in English into Spanish.
I've looked some post and find that Loco is the option, but I couldn't figure out how to start with it, because I've translated one string from main theme but doesn't seem to work. Maybe because I'm using child theme?

Please take the screenshots for the locations you need to translate.
And provide me your admin + FTP account, I will help you to check

I've attached screenshot with an example, I think it might be more things to translate, so any clue about how to do it would be nice, so I can do it by myself. Ftp details below. Thank you

You can install the plugin Loco translation.
Then translate these texts in Loco > Themes > Biolife.
If you cannot do it, pls provide me your admin account + the replaced texts, I will do it for you
