    Error al agregar Subcategorías sin diseño

    Hola tengo problemas al querer agregar subcategorías a un Menú pues estos aparecen sin Diseño. Para poder expresarme les enviare un mensaje. El que es llamado "Error" es como el Menú con categorías me aparece sin diseño, y el llamado "Muestra" es el que tiene todo perfectamente. ¿Podrían ayudarme a solucionarlo?
