Problem showing price with discount

Hi,
I just realized that when I put a discounted price on a product, the normal price is not crossed out, it only appears next to the discounted price. According to the theme options (screenshot attached) it should appear crossed out.

I would be very grateful if you could help me with this because I need the original price to appear crossed out so as not to confuse customers.
