Out of stock products show add to cart button

Hello,
i have problem with the product page of your theme. When some product has of of stock quantities, from the drop down menu the sizes which have no q-ty shows add to cart. When u refresh the page add to card disappear. Its a odd js bug that we couldnt trace it. Please for attention and help. Our customers think that their size is available for order but its not. The button isnt active, when u click on it does nothing, but still shows up.

I'm waiting for your answer, holidays are coming and its an active sale season, we have to resolve this issue.
P.s On default presta theme - there isnt such problem. Also we tray to replace js cript but nothing happened, same problem.
