1. Demo import is not done properly
2. How to change header style
3. Site loading time is high

Hi,

I would like to re-set your entire site then install the theme from scratch. Do you have anything needed to backup?
If not, I will reset. Let me know the homepage you want. I will check then help you to re-install. Provide me your FTP account also.

Hello,

I can not share ftp account details due to some reason, you can reset and reinstall theme....no need to take backup.....that is already done by us.
And please check for loading time as well.

I guess it dues to your site. Because during I try on your site, it says the error: 500 error
It belongs to your hosting. So you have to ask the hosting manager to check again. You cannot provide the FTP account, it is really hard to work with your site
