this come only after publish and try to update this product again you see the product is simple not variable product

OH. I thought that I replied to this ticket.
It is because of this plugin: "Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration"
When you deactivate it, then your product shows correctly after you update. Pls check again then let me know
