Menu does not react to changes / how to change contact page?

Hi, I do some changes in the megamenu but no changes are shown on the site. Also I would like to know how to change the content of the contact page since the hints from closed tickets do not seem to be relevant. thank you

Edit - the megamenu needed a zillion of page refreshing to catch up but it finally did. But the contact page is still a valid question. Thank you.
