Your FTP account is not correct: https://prnt.sc/v8drvu I used the new pw also.
Do you have anything needed to back up? If not, I will reset your site and re-install the theme from the scratch.

Yes, it isn't working because you don't use the right credentials.

You can wipe the complete WP installation

(Check Secret for new FTP PASS)
