You also have to disable this mode: https://prnt.sc/v4fpks if you want all settings in Theme Options are applied for your site.

If it still does not work, the Footer and logo does not show on your site, please provide the correct admin account then I will check for you

Hi,
Thank you for the reply.
I have followed instructions to disable the mode, and now the Logo in the Header is showing!
However, I still do not know how to upload the logo image for the Footer.

I have included the correct admin account in the Secret Information box.

Hi Cate,

It is because the plugin WPBakery Page Builder is still not set yet.
You should choose this: https://prnt.sc/v540ii And now your pages are able to be edited with Shortcodes. And you can upload a logo image for the Footer here: https://prnt.sc/v541ea
