    'SMS Alert' plugin not working on your theme, it use to work smoothly on old theme just fine

    We were using the SMS Alert plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/sms-alert/) on our old theme and it worked just fine but now we are working to migrate to HealthyFood theme and it is not working. After enabling the plugin we realized that the top-right registration page is failing (https://prnt.sc/v099s6). The error message is not even red so not intuitive to realize there was an error.
    Repro steps:
    1. Click on top right 'Registration/Sign In'
    2. Select 'Or Create An Account'
    3. Enter your email address.

    Now the page just refreshes and nothing happens. When I click again on top right I see https://prnt.sc/v099s6

    Ideally with the plugin enabled we should have seen another field below the 'Email address' field for 'Phone number' (https://prnt.sc/v09bhr) just like it shows on /my-account// page but the same is not showing up on the Registration pop-up that shows on home page on top right. I reached out to plugin team and they mentioned something is weird with the theme Registration Page that is causing this bug they cannot do anything here.

    Please help me resolve this.

    My coder said that we would not support this plugin. You should not use the popup and link to the My account page.
    Even when you test on the original page of Woo - My account page, it will have this problem. You must register then login. We just develop the theme and support all the included plugins.
