    Hi, I asked for a refund through envato but was asked to open a ticket here. I would like a refund as the theme wasn't as customizable as advertised. Please don't ask me to send you login as I already purchased another theme that works better for me. Thank you.

    How is your site now? Just tell me the problems you are facing to and provide me your admin + FTP account, take the screenshot then we will help you to check.
    If we cannot solve it, your refund request will be accepted. Hope you understand!
