    hi there
    i am selling the products on retail, so i decided to create a website to sell the item on website which i have sell on retail.
    i have find the website creator and they suggest to select the theme and purchase it. i have select the theme market (04) and purchase the theme, provide the purchase detail to them for start the website work. the team told to me the theme does not download and does not work. they advice to purchase the different theme. and this theme does not download . so i have request to refund the amount.

    It is weird when the theme cannot be downloaded. We still sell this product on Themeforest normally. When you purchase the theme from the Kutethemes team, you can contact the support forum then ask anything if you have any problem and we can help you to solve, even help you to re-install the theme.
    Also, you should not provide your purchase code for the one who does not sell this theme. We are the author, and we will take the responsibility if there is any problem. If we cannot solve it, we will let you refund.

    my team install the theme property but there is issue in theme. now, i don't need the theme any more please refund the amount.
    i have already face a lot of problems after purchasing your theme. just cancel the license and refund the amount.

    So you can submit a refund ticket on Envato, then the Admin will check for you
