I am quite confused about your question.
If you cannot edit your Footer Builder with shortcodes, you have to config for the WPBakery Page Builder plugin: https://prnt.sc/uyuzsn
If it is another, please take the screenshot and provide the admin account, I will help you to check

My last question is. Where should I remove the currency selection from the Top Bar. I couldn't see any option
