WPBakery elements cannot be edited.

Hi,

When I first purchased Oculus, I tried to install Ovic WPBakery through the link that showed up after installing the theme. The link did no go anywhere. So, I bought a license for WPBakery Page Builder, thinking that it would work.

It did for a while, but now, some months later, I am somehow no longer able to edit any of the numerous WPBakery elements on my Homepage, the only action that works is to delete the elements.

What can I do to get this to work?

Could you please provide me your admin + FTP account? Take the screenshot for your question.
Then I will help you to check

Thank you for your response.

I have solved the problem.

The Ocolus Toolkit Plugin had a "check for updates" link that is not in the usual place under the name of the plugin. Trying to update the plugin while the plugin was activated, did not work, so after deactivating the plugin, I managed to update to the latest version.

The WPBakery functions now function "normally".

That being said, there is absolutely NO WAY I would have provided admin access and FTP to a "Live" e-commerce marketplace for someone outside of my organisation.
