    Store-and Speed Issue

    Hello!

    For some reason I have this space located on the top of my store. It appears to be some sort of banner than I can not identify. Could you please help me remove it? Photo Below.

    Also, I am getting very close to my launch date and my website is extremely slow and failing all speed tests. Is this something you could help me with, or do I contact Word Press?

    Hi,

    The banners, you can remove in the Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/uwq3dw
    The speed, have you tested it? Because in my side, I still see it load quite fast.

    Could you pls check again?

    Hello,

    Yes, I understand that the banner is at the top. But for a few weeks now it is giving me extra space underneath of it. It also has the arrows on the outside of the screen, but no image. It is not a speed issue. I have noticed if i zoom all the way out it will pop into place and the space dissapears.

    I have attached a photo of the store and the banner with the space underneath it. Just wondering how I can get rid of this flaw.

    https://prnt.sc/vgmo56 here is your site when I check. I have to clear the cache of the browser a few times. I think the problem is the cache.
    Pls install a cache plugin for your site then try it again
