Some thinks not working

Hello,
I purchase the theme Biolife - Organic Food WordPress Theme
I need some support with the theme
1. The vertical menu must be alway’s open. In browser it is but on mobile devices not (iPhone)
2. The links on the banners ar not clickable?
3. Sider Revolution ask for Purchase code. Where can I fount the code?
4. Missing the top of the site?
5. I like the logo bigger on desktop. Can you do that for us? If you want some money for it I understand
