    se tiene problemas con el editor

    Saludos,

    Le escribo muy preocupada por que con la plantilla se venció la licencia del WPBakery, de la plantilla de Oculus le escribo para que me pase una forma de corregirlos o una nueva licencia, ya que tenemos cambios importantes que hacer y no podemos hacerlos por que la plantilla no funciona, y no podemos editarla.
    Le agradezco que me envíe la información cuanto antes.

    Hi @gomaagencialatam,

    When you purchased our theme on Themeforest, you do not need to add any license keys, you still get the latest features of the theme. These keys are to let you update those plugins automatically. If you want, you can buy those plugins for your own. Otherwise, you can dismiss these messages.
    If there is any updating, we will update on the theme, and you can wait for the latest version then update for your site.

    So, if you need any help, please provide me your admin account. I will check then help you

    Aún no carga la página web,
    Tenemos este problema de que WPBakery, que no deja editar ningún segmento que maneja dentro de la página, necesitamos.

    We were deployed our site in a Digital Ocean droplet, so by performance purpose we don't have a FTP server there, can you explain us what file do you need to check? I can find it.
    We have paid license with support, we need help to solve this as soon as posible.

    No tenemos FTP y aún sigue teniendo el mismo error, que pasa con su servicio de atención al cliente es realmente pésimo, tenemos que tener una reunión con ustedes donde respondan mis dudas.
