Customisable Menus Not Rendering in Ocolus

Now domain is publicfibre.com: Hi Kutethemes, It looks like the Ocolus menu element in WP Bakery is no longer working. It doesn't give us any options on which menu to choose, it renders a blank box: image.png. Also, there is an update for WP Bakery that is asking us to sign in, but we don't have log in details because it came with Ocolus. Are these 2 issues related? Can you please advise how to proceed?

Hi @public_fibre,

I have updated the plugin for you but I still cannot edit the shortcode.
I will send your issue to my coder. Let him check first then I will inform you when I get his answer
