Mobile and desktop version problem

good morning
I have a problem with the mobile version. The bottom bar disappears, and when i stop add-ons and restart it the Bottom bar appears again
Also, the computer version appears with mobile version sometimes.
Finally, I want to place a purchase button of the product in the mobile version in the product page instead of the bottom bar

Still having the same problem with mobile version
The main bar and whatsapp icon doesn't appear in home page

- The bottom bar disappears: It is because you are choosing the Mobile layout 2. You should select layout 1 to get it: https://prnt.sc/uy4vnk

- place a purchase button of the product in the mobile version: It is the problem with the cache only. You have to check again the settings for the plugin "LiteSpeed Cache". Or you can use another caching plugin, for example, Total cache. We used this for the demo site and we do not see the same problem

In case you don't want to use this layout, you can use the css code. Add into the Theme Options and remember to backup before you update the theme:
