    The size of these banners is: 320x195
    So you can re-cut your banner images so that they can fit with this section

    I already set the banner size to 320x195. Say on the screenshot how to correct this gap size?

    It is because your text banner is shorter so the height of your banner image is small.
    You can raise the height of the banner image up. It will work: https://prnt.sc/urlg4v
