WPBakery not working in Edit Footer

Hi,
I can see my WPBakery is activated but when I try to create a footer (and soon a main header), the WP Bakery is not showing at all.
Please provide me with steps to follow

Hi @abdullah3200,

I don't know exactly what happened to you. I still can create a new Footer named Footer test: https://prnt.sc/umbbfu

So pls take the screenshot then let me know. I will help you to check
