Drop-down user menu

Hello, I would like to know how I can modify the user drop-down menu at the top of the web. In the menu section I have not found how to modify it. I attach a screenshot of the menu. Thank you.

Hi @joelcimadevilla,

You can modify this menu in: templates-part / user-link.php
If you need to do anything specifically, please take the screenshots to explain

In the first photo there is a section called "downloads" that I want to delete, how can I delete it?
