    Also, your XML files are not loading and the footer section is not working i am unable to load dummy data as well.

    You are using the theme version 1.x.
    And the homepages from 23 to 32 are in the version 2.x of the theme. You should use the new version then you will get these homepages. We support to update the theme properly

    footer issue is resolved thanks what about the 2x of theme how can I use both of the themes at a time can you guide me please step by step I already wasted so much time on it.

    Also, I told you about the contnt.xml file. when I upload it it it gives me an error by showing everything picture and other data failed to load or download.

    I hope you understand what's the problem here.

    I mean I am already using Theme 1.x as per you see how can use theme 2.x at the same time and if I can I don't know how to do that so please guide me.

    Also, tell is there any other way to upload the content.xml file rather than wordpress importer becuase i am getting issues during the uploading that file through this method.

    We support updating the theme from the version 1.x to 2.x
    Just back up all source code, all customized files in both Child theme and Main theme (if you customized something in the Main theme). So my coder will help you to upgrade the theme.

    You are not able to use both these versions on the same site at the same time. In the new version, we have a lot of updates and new features. Even when you use the 2.x version, you cannot use the Child theme of version 1.x

    Hi,

    I will guide you on how to update to the new version (from 1.x to 2.x):
    - Firstly, you have to backup all your theme
    - Secondly, update the new theme version, also the required plugins
    - Lastly, setting again Theme Options and re-build all shortcodes of the theme to make sure that your site will have the same structures with the new demo

    In your last message, you said your coder will do that you just take a backup of your site and after your message i did replied you that backup is done please intiate the upgrade.
    You guys have everything and i didnt even make a single change for last two days becuase of you guys.

    Now you are saying that follow those steps. can you please tell me what you guys were doing for last two days.

    What kind of support are you guys providing.

    Do you guys charge extra for best supoort if you do tell me and if you dont please do solve my problem.

    I dont have enough time to waste here and wait for you guys like days.

    Please read my above messages and solve my issues on priority basis.

    And as per your last message i did follow those steps but unfotunately results were diffrent so please upgrade my site and tell me about the XML files or upload them by your own side.

    There is plugin name Ovic Addon Toolkit, when i uninstalled it website starts working but i am getting issues related to the layouts of my front page and other pages.

    Please let me know what should i do why this plugin cuasing trouble?
