Theme Options are not working and showing error

Hi,
We have a fresh website with this theme installed . Some days ago we had a problem that , Preview Modal was not able to close in editor mode . Now the problem is , I can not change the logo . Its show a error when I click update.
And other problem is, no media file is showing .
Please have a look on this things
