    I need to know how the demos are imported step by step, it always shows a different screen than the documentation. I already have the license active. Check attached image please

    I read all your complete guide and in the previous image I showed you that this does not look like it is, there are other errors that always appear when I try to install that template, that's why it hurts
    I will always be depending on you for response times that are 24 hours.
    Please review the attached image and tell me how to troubleshoot the template demo installation.
