    Website unresponsive after using animation and slider animation available in theme

    Hello team

    We have used your theme Biolife - Organic Food WordPress Theme ( RTL Supported ) and used layout to design our website on gooseandberry.in
    The theme comes with animation for sliders and products in home page and a product catalog as well on home page. for some reason
    the website becomes unresponsive on all browsers for 6-10 seconds and then start working and it loads slow as well, despite all right coding practives. This is not expected from you guys when the animation and slider animation works well in your theme , it should work well in website too. also at times the layout in mobile version gets hindered and the
    What We Offer section disappears from the website.

    Please check this asap and let us know what is causing this issue and how we can fix this. also let us know if there are any updates available for this theme

    Hi,

    I will answer one by one your question:

    1. Products do not appear on each tab of the PRoducts on the Homepage:
    => I still see them:

    So just try to clear the cache then check again

    2. Speed up of your site: When I sent this issue to my coder, he said that you must have the knowledge about the code then you could do it. And your site is connecting with Google and Facebook so your site will load quite slow.

    3. On the single product page: You see this because your product has multi options to select: https://prnt.sc/uke1h9. You have to select one of these first then you are able to click the Add to cart button

    1) Okay I guess you didn't understand any of the issue.
    -secondly the products get invisible and the links dont work, its working for you now but then try after sometime and you will see its not there. So its the themes fault, not ours. So you need to check this issue time and again at your end and if there is an update, tell us.


    2) About site speed, i will check that, however the animation on the slider provided by your theme is causing the website to become unresponsive again and again.What do you mean by its connected to Facebook and Google? Please elaborate this with screenshots.

    3) I understand that i have to select items to proceed to card I want to know how do I edit that message which appears, it shouldn't be appearing in wrong english "Plz" that is the fault at your end.

    The first time when I went to your site, I also saw the same trouble. Then, I clear the cache of your site (I had cleared the cache of the browser before): https://prnt.sc/urpo57. Now I get a good result. When you make any change in your site, you should clear the cache so that it will not get the old code/change any more.
    Now, pls check again. Make sure that you clear the cache of both browser and your site.

    This issue is far from resolve and your Biolife theme is real real bad
    the issue is happening again and we havep cleared the cache multiple times, again and again and again and tried on 10 different PCs not even on same network and 10 different phones. the error still persists

    it displays for a while and goes away. please make changes in your theme or give me a double refund as we will have to make clients website compeltely on a a new theme now
    Pathetic support and theme EVER. GUYS DONT BUY THIS

    This laptop is the first time reaches into your site, I test with the private browser without the cache. If we do not see the error, how can we fix it? And this is the first time we see this issue. We really want to solve all the bugs of the theme. But every time when I access your site, I don't see the same with yours.

    Thats what the problem is. Right? I cleared the cache again and again for all browsers and checked and faced the same issue. I wont lie about it. Right?
    This is intermittent. now you access it again this time without clearing cache and you might see the problem, especially from same PC
    customers wont know to clear cache again and again when they are visiting right.
    I will share the video again after clearing cache. and show it to you
    please observe this behaviour on your theme
    -with clearing cache--? opening it next day--> then opening it after a few hours
    -open on phone-->open after a few hours on phone and you will see
    we cant even begin seo or marketing till this is fixed.

    So, I had one day to test with your guideline.

    I tested on 2 laptops and my PC + 2 mobiles at the same time.
    Firstly, I cleared the cache of all these devices then accessed your website. I did not see this issue. I could open all the tabs with all products shown
    Secondly, I accessed your site after about 30mins later, without clearing the cache. It was still there. I will not take the screenshot or video because I thought that you will not want to see it. There is no change.
    Thirdly, at the end of the day, I did the same to test again.
    And today when I start to open my PC to work, I do it and the products are still showing.

    I don't know how to explain it. But if we meet the problem again or that is the bug of the theme, we guarantee that we will deal with it completely. The last time, when I saw this issue without logging in to your admin account, I thought that the problem might come from the cache of your site. Then I accessed your admin account, clear the cache, then logged out => the products shown again

    If you still see the problem, pls check again all your third-party plugins. I see you have some plugins that need to be updated to the latest version. And try to deactivate on by one. Maybe it has a conflict issue if the reason is not about the cache.
