    Problem with product variables

    I had a problem with my client online shop: when a customer made an order they couldn't see the attribute infos about size and color of the product bought. Nether in the emails or in the order page in che back end of website. The client site is this one: https://www.vizioshop.it where you can still see the problem (you can also see the missing variable in the cart/check-out page).

    I tried to make some changes on a copy of the website ( through this link https://www.millepaperelle.cloud) and i upgraded the theme and the woocommerce version and that broke my site. It is now impossible to even put a variable item inside the cart because i get and error message saying "variable is requiered field". When I change to default theme I get zero error, i can put items in cart and see attributes in mail and order pages just fine.

    Hi @fabiodede,

    Firstly, we do not understand the text you made the yellow circle. Does this issue occur on your client's site only?
    Do you see this on your site? Because we will just support one domain for a customer. So your registered domain is https://www.millepaperelle.cloud.
    If you get the problem on this site also, we will help you to check. And please take more screenshots to describe more details for your issue + provide FTP account, we will check and give you the correct answer

    Hi, I have the same problem on both my client site "https://www.vizioshop.it" and obviosly on my demo site "millepaperelle.cloud" where I copied the first one to try to fix the error. the text in the last picture says "variable is requiered field", as I already stated above.
    I need you to fix the problem on my client website (vizioshop.it), I just gave you the example on my demo site to let you know that if you try to update woocommerce your theme will crash. This is now the case on my client site since i'm not updating anything for now.
    You can see the main problem on client website in this new screenshot: this is the order page in the backend of website. One costumer bought two products, as you can see. But after the product name you should be able to see the chosen variable of these products (color AND size) but istead I can only see the color attribute (blu=blue and rosso=red). This problem won't occur when changing the theme
