    WPBakery not working

    Hi

    I just purchased the premium WKBakery plugin for my website as the plugin somehow stopped working when I did a WP update.

    I feel like I'm just wasting money here as it's still not working.

    Can you please help?

    Hi @destrukt_studio,

    I am on your site and I see that this plugin is still working.
    Also, when you purchase the theme from the Kutethemes team, you don't need to purchase more any license key. The license key will just be applied for one domain and we used for the demo site. If there is any update, we will update for the demo site and you can update later.
    In case you want to update automatically, you can purchase the license key and you will have the automatic update for that plugin.
    So, please let me know how it does not work. Take the screenshots then I will help you to check. Pls provide me the FTP account also

    As you can see from the screenshot when I click on a module the window pops up but nothing is displaying for me to make any changes.

    Have you tried logging into the actual Wordpress logins I sent you?

    Thank you seems to be working now but for some reason the ceiling2floor.co.uk main site is now doing the same thing.

    Can this also be updated please?

    I am still having issues with the theme. WPBakery not working.

    I see this message in the dashboard

    Warning! You didn't set license key for the following products: Responsive WPBakery which means you're missing out on updates and support. Enter your license key , or Buy product, please.

    When I click the link to buy the plugin it takes me to a 404 error?! https://kutethemes.com/plugins/responsive-wpbakery/

    How am I supposed to edit the theme if this plugin isn't working?

    When you purchased our theme on Themeforest, you do not need to add any license keys, you still get the latest features of the theme. These keys are to let you update those plugins automatically. If you want, you can buy those plugins for your own. Otherwise, you can dismiss these messages.
    If there is any updating, we will update on the theme, and you can wait for the latest version then update for your site.

    Frustratingly this isn't solving the problem I'm having with your theme. When I try to edit using the the WP Bakery none of the modules work. The module pops up but doesn't show anything else. See attached.

    I really need to have this resolved.

    It is because your hosting is quite weak.
    The shortcode is still open: https://prnt.sc/uvbb1p But it needs a short second to load. So you should contact your hosting to improve it
